These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions operated by Luxoria Fashion Ltd (“Luxoria”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via the Luxoria Fashion website and any associated platforms.

By entering any competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

• Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only

• Proof of age and identity may be required

• Employees of Luxoria Fashion Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter

• Entries from outside the UK will not be accepted

3. Competition Format

• All competitions are skill-based competitions, not lotteries

• Entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question

• Only entries with a correct answer will be entered into the draw

• Entries submitted with incorrect answers will be invalid and not included

4. Entry Methods

Paid Entry

• Paid entries are available via the Luxoria Fashion website

• Entry prices and maximum entries per person are stated on each competition page

• Multiple entries per person are permitted unless stated otherwise

Free Entry

• A free postal entry route is available for each competition

• Free entries are treated equally to paid entries and have the same chance of winning

Ticket Allocation

Ticket numbers are allocated sequentially upon successful completion of entry and payment. Ticket numbers are assigned automatically and cannot be chosen or amended by the entrant. All allocated ticket numbers will be confirmed by email and are final.

5. Entry Limits

• The maximum number of entries per person and total entries per competition will be clearly stated

• Luxoria reserves the right to void entries that exceed stated limits

6. Competition Duration

• Each competition will run until:

   

  • All available entries are sold OR

  • A stated closing date is reached

   

• Luxoria reserves the right to extend or close competitions early where necessary

7. Prize Details

• Prize details are listed on each competition page

• All prizes are 100% authentic

• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available

• Images are for illustrative purposes only unless stated otherwise

8. Winner Selection

• Winners are selected at random from all valid correct entries

• The draw will take place within a reasonable timeframe after the competition closes

• Draws are conducted fairly and transparently

9. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry

• Winners may be announced on Luxoria’s social media platforms (including Instagram)

• If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Luxoria reserves the right to redraw

10. Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be delivered free of charge to UK addresses

• Delivery times may vary depending on the prize

• Luxoria is not responsible for delays outside its control

11. Refunds & Cancellations

• Entry fees are non-refundable

• Refunds will not be issued for incorrect answers

• If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded

12. Liability

• Luxoria accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues

• Luxoria’s liability is limited to the value of the entry fee paid

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

13. Data Protection

• Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• Data is used solely for competition administration and winner contact

• Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity

14. General

• Luxoria reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time

• Luxoria’s decision in all matters relating to competitions is final

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
