Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • All items will undergo a thorough authenticity check before a refund is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items or those purchased with a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.
  • Custom-made products, intimate items (such as underwear or swimwear), and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds and Fees

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to select items.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping if the issue was our fault.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping until the item reaches us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping method to ensure your parcel arrives securely.
  • Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

International Returns

  • International customers must cover the costs of return shipping, including any customs or duties incurred.
  • The return window remains 14 days from the date of delivery, and all international returns must meet the same conditions as domestic returns.
